This is a .44ct Ceylon (Sri Lanka) Sapphire, set into a .905g Sterling Silver mount, hung from an 18" Sterling Silver box chain.  This genuine Sapphire measures 5.2mm x 4.1mm x 2.6mm and has only been treated with heat to enhance its beautiful blue color.  The length of the design is a little more than half an inch.
